Meg's Tamagotchi Page

Even though it's been a VERY long time since I've played with a Tamagotchi, I thought I would leave this page up as anyone who wants to see it. Tamagotchi's created a huge craze in their time, however like most crazes they can only last so long and this one has come to an end.

Tamagotchis hit the USA big in 1997. They had hit big in Japan far before that. I enjoyed my first Tamagotchi in the summer of 1997, but since then I haven't played with one. A Tamagotchi is a cyber creature that lives in its egg and needs you to take care of it. You must feed, play with, discipline, clean up after, take care of your Tamagotchi if you want it to live a long happy life. They can be a good way to teach kids ( & adults ) the responsibility involved in raising something. It's a great way to let a child prove that they could handle owning a pet, as well as just having one for some fun.
