What's Going On With Meg

11/16/00 - Well another month is already half over... where does all the time go? I've been having a pretty good time though so I really can't complain. It's gotten very cold in the last couple of weeks. I dislike the cold. Warmth is so much better. But there is not much I can do about that being that Winter is almost here. I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving break next week though. The time where everyone comes home again and it's going to be nice to see a lot of people. We have a yearly "Turkey Bowl" football game at my old high school so I will end up seeing most people there. Then only a couple weeks after that and winter break begins. I cannot believe I've gone through an entire semester already! I'm not complaining at all, but it just seems things are flying by so fast. I guess that is to be expected. Anyway, in other news... well let's see. I don't really feel the need to go into it too deeply, but in the future when people read this perhaps it will be nice that I bothered to mention it. The presidential election or I should say the ongoing one. This was the first year I was able to vote in it... and look what happened! I maintain that none of it's my fault though, afterall I voted correctly. But since it's been over a week and we still don't know who the next president will be I figure we've made some history... and when you're living history there is nothing better than mention it I guess. Anyway, as my first semester comes to an end that can only mean one thing... time to register for classes. That day happened to be today. It was a pain because when I got to the window to do it there was absolutely no line. I was thinking how great it was only to discover I had to go over to another office to get a clearance paper of some kind... yes WHY ME?? But I did it and yea it took an hour just in time for me to get back in line and wait because it had gotten so long by that point (oh and when I got up to the window the second time I discovered I was allowed to go around the line since I'd already been there once... thanks now you tell me) But it all worked out. I think I will have to change one of my classes at the beginning of next semester, but I've decided not to worry about that too much for the time being. I just need to get my remaining work done for this semester and then enjoy my break. Maybe I will be more inspired to write this month. I shall try. Oh and I decided to make a little link to this section from my main page in addition to having the one on my "me" page... so there are probably extra people reading this who normally wouldn't... so hi. Until Next Time!
