10/20/00 - It's about time for another update it seems.  Sorry these are so few and far between.  I hope that won't be the case forever.  I've had a lot on my mind lately... and most of it isn't bad either - just a lot going on.  There are so many things I want to do but I either don't have the time or something else gets in the way.  Hopefully that won't be the case forever either, but I guess I will just have to wait and see about that.  I have a lot in mind when it comes to websites... both this one and something else too.  I have a lot of ideas and I really just want to get them going.  School is going well, classes still aren't too bad; tests and papers have been managable.  My friends are great, we get closer everyday and it seems like I've known them much longer than I actually have.   I'm also thinking a lot about the future, about my living arrangements for next year, money issues (what else is new?), and a number of other things as well.  I can only wish for things to come out well and work toward what I can control.  I fell inspired somewhat tonight to do a little web work.  Part of the reasoning behind this feeling tonight is a little ironic:  As I write this tonight it's about 2 in the morning and my cable modem has not been connected for over 34 hours... stupid service.   Apparently the service is down in all of New Jersey... ok so at least I'm not alone in this but it doesn't make it any better.  I have been using my laptop with a netzero connection as my sole way of getting online.  That is terribly slow, so I've only have been able to check some of my mail and get a few things taken care of that had to be taken care of right away.  Everything else will have to wait for now... until they can fix my connection.  That better not take too much longer, I can't imagine what the program can be, but I certainly don't think they want an entire state full of customers complaining if everything is down for too long... can we say refund??   Well, I'm not going to let it bother me too much right now.  I have to see this as a postivie thing partly... it gives me reason to work on some things that I might commonly get distracted from if I had my connection going.  And like I said before, there has been a lot of ideas going through my mind lately and I hope to put them all to use at some point (hopefully in the near future)  So I will keep you all posted and as always thanks for reading.  Until next time!
