Cleaning Up

        This page will give you some good ideas and links for cleaning up your web site a bit.  Reduce graphic sizes, cut down on page loading time, and many other helpful things for your site.   Some things aren't completely free, but you will never get something you can't unless you sign up first, so don't worry about getting tricked into using something that costs money.

        Web Site Garage - This site provides some free samples of their services, such as a 'Tune Up' for your site, and image reduction for gifs and jpgs.  Take a look around this site to get a better idea.

        Gif Wizard - While this site offered free web graphic ( gifs and jpgs) reduction for a while, they have now stopped offering their sesrvices for free.  Now you must sign up for a basic page account for a year that costs $14.95.   You might still want to take a look at this site, even if you aren't interested in signing up and paying for an account with them.

        Gif Optimizer - Just like Gif Wizard but yes it's free.  I'm so glad that another site finally came out with the same feature.  You just enter the url to  the file you want to reduce in size and then the colors and size will be reduced for you and you will be able to save your new image.
